Why does an applicant see "This property is not currently accepting applications"?

Steps
- Open the property or unit and check that Open for tenant application is on.
- If the link is for a unit, check the unit's own switch. The building's switch doesn't open its units.
- Check that the property or unit isn't archived or deleted.
- Copy the link again with Copy link, in case the applicant has an old or mistyped link.
What happens next
The message looks the same whether the listing is closed, archived or doesn't exist, so it doesn't tell the applicant which one applies.
Troubleshooting
Unable to load this application. Please try again. is different. It means the page couldn't reach Kera. Ask the applicant to refresh or try another connection. If it keeps happening on an open listing, contact Kera support (support@getkera.com) with the exact link.
