Why does an applicant see "Application not allowed"?

Steps
- The screen Application not allowed with "We have already received your application for this listing" means that email address has already applied to this property or unit.
- Kera allows one application per email per listing. Nothing new is created.
- If the applicant needs to change their application, ask them to send you the changes. Or review their existing application in Applications.
Good to know
An applicant who arrived from a screening invite email isn't blocked, even if they applied before.
