What's on my tenant dashboard?
ForTenants
Who can do this
Tenants.
Where to find it
Side nav → Dashboard.
Steps
- Action required: up to three things to do, most urgent first. Rows include Pay past-due invoice (Urgent), a served notice with its deadline, Your signature is needed on an agreement to end the tenancy, Review and accept pending lease, a renewal offer to answer (Renewal offer (Form 4) in Manitoba or Notice of Intention in Saskatchewan), and Add a payment method. Click a row to go there, or Resolve next action for the top one. With nothing to do it reads "You're all caught up".
- Next rent due: the amount, a status (Outstanding, Past due or Upcoming), the due date and a Pay now button. It reads Deposit due or Rent + deposit due when the invoice includes a deposit, and "Covered by your last month's rent deposit" when your last month is paid from that deposit.
- Payments: your three latest invoices. The arrow opens Payments.
- Lease overview: monthly rent, lease status, term, days remaining and your active lease count. A "Month-to-month" badge shows when an Ontario fixed term has ended and the tenancy continues.
- Maintenance requests: counts of In progress, Pending and Closed, plus your two latest requests.
Good to know
Add a payment method opens Settings → Payments directly. It can show even when your lease doesn't take online payments; you can ignore it in that case.
