The tenant portal at /tenant/*, reached by signing in with a tenant account.
Steps
- Dashboard: what needs your attention, next rent due, recent payments, your lease and maintenance at a glance.
- Leases: read your lease, accept it, sign it, see notices served on you, give notice to end, ask to end by agreement, answer a renewal offer, and give your forwarding address for your deposit.
- Payments: see invoices, pay rent and deposits by card or pre-authorized debit, download invoices and receipts.
- Maintenance Request: report problems with photos, say when someone may enter, track progress, message your manager and close the request.
- Inspections: read inspection reports and sign them when asked.
- Announcements: read messages your property manager sends to your building or group.
- Signed documents: download copies of everything you've signed in Kera.
- Inbox: chat with your property manager and roommates.
Limits
The tenant portal is free for tenants. Tenants can't see their manager's documents library, other tenants' records, or their deposit record itself. Tenants can't use Kai or global search.
