What is the Automatic disbursement card on an owner's page?

Who can do this
Organization staff who can see the owner's page see the card. Only Organization users with both Owner Disbursements & Statements and Approve & Post Transactions can use the Enabled for this owner switch; for everyone else it is greyed out.
Where to find it
Owner → Automatic disbursement card (shown once an owner has an active payout account). On a phone it is the Automatic disbursement row in the Actions sheet.
Steps
- Kera doesn't send owner payouts automatically. Every owner payout is started by a manager with Record disbursement (see chapter 10).
- The card's text says "When rent is paid through Kera, the owner's share goes to their Kera account automatically once the payment clears, after your fees and the reserve." This doesn't happen: switching on Enabled for this owner doesn't schedule or send any money, even though the card then shows how many properties it "Applies to". If some properties have no active lease, a warning Automatic disbursement turned on also appears.
- Record and send each owner payout yourself.
Limits
Tell customers plainly that Kera doesn't pay owners automatically, whatever the card says.
