What is the AI portfolio import?

Who can do this
Landlord; Organization users with Create Entities via AI (default Admin and Employee). Not Guests.
Where to find it
Settings → Migrate data (titled Imports), the Import your data page, onboarding (chapter 01), and the shortcuts Import with AI (Properties), Import existing leases (Leases) and Import from another platform (Accounting).

What happens next
You upload exports from your current system (or paste addresses). Kera's AI reads them and organizes properties, units, owners, tenants, leases, rent rolls, opening balances and transactions into draft records. You review everything, and nothing is added to your live portfolio until you click Bring N records into Kera. The steps are Add, Organize, Review and Done.
Good to know
Kera gives export instructions for QuickBooks, DoorLoop, AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi Breeze, TenantCloud and Spreadsheets / other.
Limits
Results depend on the files. Check the review carefully, especially money amounts, before bringing records in. The Migrate data tab is switched on per account; when it's missing, use the Import your data page or the shortcuts.
