How do I find an import I started earlier?

Where to find it

Settings → Migrate data (the Imports list), the Import your data page, or the link in Kera's import emails.

Steps

Open the Imports list. Each import is a card with its name, counts and a status badge.
Click a card to reopen the import at its current step.
Use All imports to go back to the list.

What happens next

Cards for imports in review show an orange "N need review" badge. Completed imports show counts like "N properties imported" and "N units created". More than 20 imports are paged with Previous imports / Next imports ("Page N of M").

Troubleshooting

"We couldn't load your imports." with Try again: reload the list. "Review count unavailable — open import": open the card to see its state. Kera also sends a reminder email if an import sits in review.
