What is on a unit's page?

Who can do this

Landlords, and Organization members with View Properties.

Where to find it

Building → Units → a unit, or Properties → See units → a unit.

Steps

  1. The title is the unit's display name (or "Unit 103"), with the address, property type and parking.
  2. Tabs: Lease (default, with Tenants), Notes, Owners (the building's owners, for reference), Preferred vendors (the building's), Inspections and Documents.
  3. The right column has Application, Managers and Actions (Add lease, Add tenants, Add preferred vendors, Start inspection, Add document, and Delete or Archive).
  4. Properties at the top returns to the building.

Limits

Units have no tags, photos, owners or contracts of their own; those belong to the building. The unit page has no Add owners or Add contract details.
