What happens if I don't have a plan? (the paywall)

Who can do this
Landlords and Organizations. Tenants and owners are never paywalled.
Where to find it
Any "add" or create action, for example adding a property, lease, tenant, owner, vendor, document, maintenance request or accounting entry.
Steps
- Click an add or create button without an active plan.
- A dialog Premium feature · Unlock the full Kera experience appears.
- Click View plans to open Settings → Billing, or Maybe later to close it.
What happens next
Nothing is created until you subscribe. You can still browse and view your existing data.
Good to know
Landlord copy lists "Manage your properties, leases & tenants", "Collect rent online & track your books" and "Invite tenants to their portals". Organization copy lists "Add unlimited properties & leases", "Collect rent & track your books" and "Invite your team, owners & tenants". On an empty Properties page, the main button reads Choose a plan to add properties.
Troubleshooting
A subscription that is past due, unpaid, incomplete, paused or cancelled counts as no plan, and the paywall appears. Update the payment method through Manage plan to restore access.
