Steps
- When you try to add a property or unit beyond your tier's unit range, the dialog Plan limit reached · Room to grow appears ("You've reached your plan's limit. Move up a tier to keep adding properties and units.").
- Click View plans, then Upgrade on a higher tier (this opens the Stripe portal).
What happens next
After upgrading you can keep adding properties and units. Everything you've already set up stays. Other add actions (vendors, tenants and so on) keep working while you are at the limit.
Good to know
Organization plans are per seat and have no unit cap.
Limits
The largest landlord tier covers 50 units. Kera doesn't offer a landlord tier above that in the app; contact Kera support about moving to an organization plan.
