What plans does Kera offer and what do they cost?

- Open Settings → Billing to see the live prices for your account and currency.
What happens next
Plans are priced by account type:
- Landlord plans are tiered by how many units you manage. At the time of writing the catalog lists Foundation (1–10 units), Expansion (11–25 units) and Scale (26–50 units). In CAD: Foundation $16/month or $147/year, Expansion $32/month or $295/year, Scale $57/month or $525/year. In USD: $12, $24 and $42 per month, or $108, $216 and $384 per year.
- Organization plans (Enterprise) are priced per seat. A seat is one team member who logs in. At the time of writing: $49 CAD per seat per month or $499 CAD per seat per year ($34 / $359 USD).
Every plan includes the full product; plans differ by unit range (landlord) or seat count (organization). Owners and tenants never need a seat or a plan.
Good to know
Annual billing shows a lower per-month price. Canadian customers see and pay CAD; everyone else sees USD. Applicable taxes are added at checkout ("All prices are in CAD. Applicable taxes will be added at checkout.").
Limits
Prices in Settings are loaded live and can change. Existing subscribers keep the price they signed up at when Kera changes prices. Payment processing for rent (Stripe card and pre-authorized debit fees), tenant screening fees and optional guided onboarding are charged separately; see the rent collection and screening chapters.
