What does "Could not load accounting" mean?

Any Accounting tab.

Steps

  1. Check your internet connection.
  2. Click Retry.

What happens next

The normal view returns once the data loads. Kera never shows $0 or an empty list in place of a failed load.

Good to know

Each area has its own message: "Could not load payables summary", "Could not load receivables summary", "Unable to load bills", "Unable to load reconciliation", "Unable to load bank feed", "Unable to load general ledger", "Unable to load chart of accounts", "Unable to load audit log", "Unable to load organization entities".

Troubleshooting

If Retry keeps failing, note the time and the tab, then contact Kera support.
