What are the editor's guided tours?

Steps

  1. The first time someone uses Prepare, a "Quick tour: preparing a document" shows: the three modes, adding fields, choosing who fills each field, saving before switching, then filling and signing.
  2. The first time someone uses Fill & Sign, a "Quick tour: signing" shows: "Your fields are highlighted", "Go field by field", "Tap to sign", and "Finish". On a phone in the mobile friendly view it covers the view toggle, the guided bar and "Review, then submit".
  3. Each tour starts with Start tour or Skip, then Next, Back, Skip and Done.
  4. To see it again: More actions (⋮) → Show tour.

What happens next

Skipping, closing, Escape or clicking outside ends the tour for good. For signed-in people it won't reappear on another device; guests see it once per browser.

Limits

View mode has no tour and no Show tour.
