How do I verify my email address?

Who can do this

Any user who signed up with email and password.

Where to find it

The Verify email button in the "Verify your email for Kera" email.

Steps

Click Verify email. The screen shows Your email is verified.
Click Go to Kera.

What happens next

Kera opens your portal home, or your current onboarding step if you haven't finished. The yellow "Verify your email" banner disappears. Verifying also links any tenant or owner records that use this email.

Good to know

You can open the link while signed in, even during onboarding. Kera stays on the verification screen and Go to Kera returns you to where you were.

Troubleshooting

This link is invalid: the link was already used or expired. Use Resend Email on the banner for a new one.
