How do I subscribe as a landlord?

Landlord account owner.

Where to find it

Settings → Billing (titled Plans).

Steps

  1. Open Settings → Billing. With no plan the heading reads Choose a plan.
  2. Under Billing period ("Save with annual billing") choose Annual (selected by default) or Monthly.
  3. Pick the tier that covers your unit count and click Subscribe.
  4. Pay on the Stripe checkout page. You can enter a promotion code there if you have one.
  5. You return to Kera when payment completes.

What happens next

The heading changes to Your plan. Your tier shows Current, other tiers show Upgrade, and a Manage subscription row ("View invoices, update payment methods, or cancel") appears with Manage plan. Adding properties, leases, tenants and other records is unlocked.

Troubleshooting

"We couldn't load current pricing. Please try again in a moment before subscribing." with Retry: prices didn't load; click Retry. If prices show in USD for a Canadian landlord, set Country to Canada on Profile.
