How do I set default management fees?

Who can do this
Organization users with Configure Accounting Settings.
Where to find it
Settings → Accounting → Management fee defaults ("Set default fee structure for new owner contracts").
Steps
- Set Default fee calculation type (Percent of collected rent, Flat monthly, Hybrid · flat + percent, Leasing fee, Renewal fee, Maintenance coordination fee or Vacancy fee), and the rate, flat amount and Default minimum monthly fee as they apply.
- Optionally turn on Late fee sharing and set PM share of late fees.
- Save. "Fee defaults saved".
What happens next
New owner contracts start with these values. Management fees are covered in chapter 10.
