How do I see all my properties?
ForLandlordsProperty managers
Who can do this
Landlords, and Organization members with View Properties.
Where to find it
Side menu → Properties.
Steps
- Open Properties. The page lists one row per active property, newest first.
- Each row shows a photo (or a placeholder), the property name, coloured tag dots (hover to see the tag names) and an address line such as "Unit X · 123 Street · City" (hidden when it would only repeat the name).
- A single-unit row also shows the tenants, the monthly rent with "Per month" (desktop only) and an Add lease button when the property has no lease, or only a draft or ended one.
- A multi-unit row shows "N units", an orange "N vacant" badge and a See units button.
- Click a row to open the property.
- Use the page controls at the bottom to move between pages and to show 10, 25 or 50 properties per page.
Good to know
- The header button reads Add Property when you can add more properties, or Choose a Plan when you have no active subscription or a Landlord plan has reached its unit limit. Roles without Create Properties see no button.
- On a phone, the header button moves to the floating quick action button, and the photo and rent are hidden.
- A brand new account with no properties sees an empty state with Add your first property (or Choose a plan to add properties without a subscription) and, where available, Import with AI.
Troubleshooting
- While Kera checks leases, a building's badge reads "Checking vacancy". If that check fails, it reads "Vacancy unavailable"; a list filtered by status shows "Unable to check property availability. Please try again." with Try again. Check the connection and press Try again.
