How do I filter the Properties list?

Who can do this

Everyone who can view properties.

Where to find it

Properties → Filters.

Steps

Select Filters.
Pick any of:
- Status: Available or Leased.
- Property Type: Single unit, Multi-unit or Partial.
- Tags: one or more property tags. A property matches if it has any of the chosen tags.
- Archive: Active (the default) or Archived.
Select Apply filters. The Filters button shows how many filters are on, and the filters stay in the page address, so a reload or a shared link keeps them.
To reset, open Filters and choose Clear all.

Troubleshooting

If nothing matches, the list shows "No properties match your filters" with Clear filters. A tag that was deleted in Settings drops out of the filter on its own.
