How do I respond when a tenant asks to end by agreement?

Who can do this
Landlord, Organization admin, Organization members with Terminate Leases (others see the banner without buttons).
Where to find it
The lease page banner "<Tenant> asked to end the tenancy by agreement on <date>", the dashboard's Termination requests widget, or the side nav banner with View lease.
Steps
- To agree: press Prepare agreement. The agreement composer starts at the tenant's preferred date. Finish as in "How do I prepare an agreement to end the tenancy".
- To decline: press Decline → Decline the request? → optional Message to the tenants → Decline request.
What happens next
You get an in-app and email notice when the request arrives. Preparing the agreement removes the banner. Declining shows Request declined; the tenant is told, with your message, and can ask again.
Good to know
Requests made under the older process show a "Lease termination" banner reading "Needs an agreement" with Prepare agreement. If you started an older request yourself, the banner offers Prepare agreement and Cancel request.
