How do I remind a tenant to sign the agreement?

Who can do this
Landlord, Organization admin, Organization members with Terminate Leases.
Where to find it
Notices → <agreement row> ⋮ → Send reminder to <tenant>, or Send reminder on Tenants sign.
Steps
- Press Send reminder.
What happens next
Toast "Reminder sent to <name>"; the tenant gets a fresh signing email. Kera also reminds waiting tenants every 3 days automatically.
Troubleshooting
A second reminder too soon is refused with a plain message. If signing expires, the row reads "Voided" and "Signing expired before everyone signed. The lease is unchanged." Prepare a new agreement.
