How do I refund a deposit the tenant paid online?

Where to find it
Lease page → Actions → Deposit → Refund
Steps
Follow the Refund payment dialog as for rent: check the lines, then Refund $X.
What happens next
Toast Refund requested. When Stripe confirms, the deposit is no longer held.
Limits
Only a deposit still held as collected can be refunded: "This deposit is no longer held as it was collected (it has been topped up, returned, applied or sent to the owner), so it can't be refunded."
