How do I apply a last month's rent deposit to the final month?

Landlord; Organization users with Create Transactions.
Where to find it
Lease page → Actions → Deposit → Apply to final month's rent
Steps
- Select Apply to final month's rent, review the deposit and interest owed.
- Select Apply deposit.
What happens next
Toast Deposit applied to final month's rent. If deposit and interest exceed the rent, "Owed back to the tenant: $X" shows.
Troubleshooting
To undo, use Undo apply to rent (reason required). Toast Apply to rent undone. Billing isn't changed by the undo.
