How do I record a signed agreement in Quebec?

Landlord, Organization admin, Organization members with Terminate Leases.
Where to find it
End lease → Both parties agree ("Record the agreement everyone signed. Kera doesn't prepare Quebec agreements.") → Record the agreement.
Steps
- Enter When does the tenancy end?.
- Upload the signed agreement, enter the date the last person signed and tick the attestation.
- Press Record agreement.
What happens next
The lease is scheduled to end. The Notices row shows "Agreement to end the tenancy" with "Agreement" and "Uploaded".
Troubleshooting
"This lease already has an end date scheduled. Cancel it before preparing an agreement."
