Where do I record a property's value, mortgage and costs?

Who can do this
Landlords, and Organization members with Edit Properties.
Where to find it
Property → Valuation tab.
Steps
- Open Valuation. It shows Property value, Mortgage cost (month), Square footage, Condo fees (month), Property taxes (year), Insurance cost (month), Mailbox and Locker.
- Select Add details (empty) or Edit. The property composer opens; change the "What does it cost to own?" and "Anything else to note?" steps and select Save changes.
Limits
These figures are for reference on the property. They don't create accounting entries; record actual costs in Accounting.
