How do I keep a notice ready and serve it later?

Who can do this
Landlord, Organization admin, Organization members with Prepare Notices.
Where to find it
How will you serve it? → Serve later ("Keep it ready on the lease").
Steps
- Choose Serve later.
- Press Keep it ready.
- When you're ready to serve, open
Leases → <lease> → Noticesand press the row's Serve button (or ⋮ → Serve notice).
What happens next
Toast Notice kept ready to serve. Done reads "Notice not served yet. It waits as Ready in the lease's Notices." Kera adds a task to serve it. For a rent increase the task is "Serve the rent increase notice by <date>", due on the last day a mailed notice still supports the effective date. Closing the composer after Create notice without choosing anything creates the same task. Serving the notice later completes the task.
Troubleshooting
"Notice created · Reminder not added" means Kera couldn't add the task; serve the notice from the lease's Notices instead.
