How does an applicant apply from a screening invite?

Who can do this
Applicant (public), after the manager uses Invite a new applicant.
Where to find it
Email Apply for <property> → Start my application.
Steps
- The usual application form opens, with first and last name already filled in.
- Email Address is locked to the invited address, with the hint Your screening invite was sent to this address.
- The applicant completes the form and clicks Submit.
What happens next
The application is linked to the waiting screening within about a minute. The order is placed and charged, and the status becomes Screening. The invite works even when the property or unit is closed for applications.
Troubleshooting
- This screening link is no longer valid: the link expired (14 days), was already used, or was cancelled or replaced. The applicant can still apply normally, but no screening is attached. Order a new screening once the application arrives.
- If the applicant applies with a different email than the one invited, the application isn't linked to the order.
- If the submitted application still lacks something screening needs, the order waits. The applicant gets the Complete your rental application details email.
