How does an applicant complete missing details from an email link?

Who can do this
Applicant (public), after the manager orders a screening on an application with gaps.
Where to find it
Email Complete your rental application details → Complete my details.
Steps
- The page is headed Complete your rental application for <property>. It explains that the property manager needs a few more details for the screening.
- Only the missing sections appear: Personal Information (name parts, Date of birth, Primary phone number), Address History and Screening Consent.
- The applicant fills them in and clicks Submit details.
- They see Details submitted ("…your screening can now go ahead") with Close tab.
What happens next
The details are added to the application. The screening order is placed and charged right away, and the application status becomes Screening.
Troubleshooting
- Nothing left to complete: the details were already sent. No action needed.
- This link has expired: links last 14 days. Use Resend applicant link on the application's Screening tab.
- This link is not valid: a newer link replaced it, or the screening was cancelled. The applicant should use the most recent email.
- A few details are still missing: something is still missing. Only the remaining fields stay on the page.
- Something went wrong – We couldn't load your application.: refresh the page.
- You must be 18 or older to apply: applicants must be 18 or older to be screened.
