How do I accept my invitation?

Who can do this

An owner invited by their manager, with no Kera account.

Where to find it

The email "<manager name> invited you to Kera as a property owner".

Steps

  1. Open the email ("View your properties on Kera"). It lists what happens next: create your account, see your properties, add your bank account.
  2. Click Accept invite. The sign-up page opens with your email filled in and locked.
  3. Fill in Create a password, First name, Last name, Phone Number and Country, or use the Google sign-up button.
  4. Click Create account.

What happens next

You land on the owner Dashboard with no setup wizard. Click the link in the verification email. Every property your manager linked to you then shows under Properties. Your manager sees you as accepted.

Troubleshooting

If properties are missing, verify your email, reload, and ask your manager to check that the property is linked to your owner record (Chapter 03). Managers send and re-send invites from the owner's page with Invite <first name> to Kera / Re-invite <first name> to Kera.
