Steps

  1. Dashboard: properties and occupancy, this month's income and expenses, lease watch, maintenance and recent documents.
  2. Properties, Leases, Maintenance Request and Inspections: read-only views of everything on the properties linked to you.
  3. Financials: income, expenses and net income, a transaction list, bills to approve or decline, and published owner statements.
  4. Documents: files your manager shared with you.
  5. Wallet: connect a bank account through Stripe and see payouts from your manager.
  6. Signed documents and Inbox.

Limits

The owner portal is read-only by design. Owners can't add or edit properties, units, leases, tenants or maintenance requests, can't create transactions, invoices or bills, and can't use Kai or global search. The only things an owner changes are: their dashboard layout, bill approvals, signatures, their bank account and payouts, and their own profile and notification settings. Owners don't use a paid seat.
