How do I sign a lease my manager sent me?

Who can do this
Owners whom the manager set as a signer on the lease.
Where to find it
The "review and sign" email or notification, or Leases → the lease → Signatures.
Steps
- Click Sign now.
- The first time, tick "I have read and agree to sign electronically and to Kera's Terms of Service" and click Continue to document.
- Complete your fields and save.
What happens next
Your row shows Signed and the next signers (usually the tenants) are notified. When everyone signs, Download signed document and Download certificate appear.
Good to know
"It's not your turn to sign yet. Waiting for <names> to sign first. We'll email you when it's your turn." If your manager made you a viewer, your row reads "Gets the final copy". If you aren't on the request, there's no Signatures section.
