What does "Termination scheduled" with my last month's rent deposit mean?

Who can do this

Tenants whose lease has a scheduled end and a last month's rent deposit.

Where to find it

Leases → the lease banner, and Dashboard → Next rent due.

Steps

  1. Read the banner: "Your last month's rent deposit covers <period>. No rent invoice on <date>."

Good to know

"A balance of $X is due <date>." means the deposit doesn't cover the whole last month; pay the balance invoice. "<period> was billed as normal. Your deposit will be returned." means the final period was already invoiced.
