How do I sign an agreement to end my tenancy?

Who can do this
Every tenant named on the agreement.
Where to find it
The signing email, or Leases → the lease → banner Needs your signature → Go to signing.
Steps
- Click Go to signing. The page scrolls to the signing slot.
- Click Sign now, enter the code emailed to you, sign and finish.
What happens next
The Notices row updates ("Signed by 2 of 3"). When everyone has signed, the lease shows Termination scheduled and "This lease ends on <date> by mutual agreement." Everyone gets a copy by email. Your dashboard shows Your signature is needed until you sign.
Good to know
If your landlord chose paper, the card reads "Your landlord will give you this agreement to sign on paper." and there's nothing to sign in Kera. In BC the row warns about compensation rules on the RTB-8.
Troubleshooting
If you decline to sign, the agreement ends for everyone and the lease is unchanged.
