How do I serve my notice later, or withdraw it before it's served?

Who can do this
The tenant who created the notice.
Where to find it
The notice form, the lease card, or Notices tab row.
Steps
- To wait: at "How will you serve it?" choose Serve later → Keep it ready → Back to lease. The lease card shows Not served yet with Serve (or Sign and serve if unsigned).
- To serve later: click Serve on the lease card or the Notices row. The form reopens at the right step.
- To withdraw: on the Notices row, open the ⋮ menu → Withdraw → confirm in "Withdraw your notice?".
What happens next
Withdrawing shows Notice withdrawn. Because it was never served, your landlord isn't told.
Limits
A served notice can't be withdrawn in Kera. Your landlord can void it by agreement (Chapter 06).
Troubleshooting
"Kera sent your notice to your landlord by email, but recording the service didn't finish. Serve it again to record it." Click Serve again; don't create a new notice.
