How do I accept my invitation and create my account?

Who can do this

A tenant whose manager invited them and who has no Kera account.

Where to find it

The email "<manager name> invited you to Kera".

Steps

Open the email. It says your manager uses Kera to manage your rental and lists what happens next: create your account, review and accept your lease, set up rent payments.
Click Accept invite. The page "Create your Kera account" opens with your email filled in and locked.
Enter a password, First name, Last name, Phone Number and Country.
Click Create account.

What happens next

There is no setup wizard. Kera takes you straight to your lease. A verification email arrives; click its link before you sign anything. On your manager's Tenants list you show as active.

Good to know

Invites from a lease show no Google or Facebook sign-up buttons. Use email and password.

Troubleshooting

If you can't find the email, check spam and ask your manager to re-send it from your tenant record or the lease (Chapter 04). The email address on the invite is the one you must sign up with.
