Why does Kera send me to an upgrade screen when I add a transaction?

Who can do this
Landlords and Organization users whose account has no active Kera plan.
Where to find it
Accounting → Add transaction, Run a report, or any item in the ⋮ More actions menu.
Steps
- If the Unlock the full Kera experience dialog opens, the account has no active Kera plan (or the plan is past due, unpaid, paused or cancelled).
- Click View plans to subscribe in Settings → Billing (chapter 02), or Maybe later to close the dialog.
- Return to Accounting and try again.
What happens next
Once the subscription is active, the forms open normally. Every Kera plan includes accounting and reports; no plan leaves them out.
Troubleshooting
If Kera keeps showing the dialog after paying, reload the page; if it persists, contact Kera support at support@getkera.com.
