Who can send announcements?

Who can do this
Landlords; Organization users with Send Announcements (the default Employee role has it; Guests can only view). Deleting needs Delete Announcements. Groups need View Groups, Create Groups, Edit Groups, Archive Groups and Delete Groups.
Where to find it
Side nav → Announcements (tabs Announcements and Groups).
Steps
- Announcements go to tenants by email and in their portal. Each recipient's delivery is tracked.
Good to know
A role with only View Groups sees just the Groups tab. Employees have no Delete Groups or Delete Announcements, so they archive instead.
Limits
Announcements go to tenants only, not owners or vendors. There's no SMS. An announcement can't be edited after it's sent, and Kera can't schedule one for later.
