Where do I see what I owe each owner?

Organization admin; members with Owner Disbursements & Statements.

Steps

  1. Open Distributions. The header reads Owner payables and disbursements, with how reserves are enforced.
  2. Choose Balances, Disbursements or Settlements.
  3. Each owner row on Balances shows the name, an In range or Needs attention badge, the first property and the total balance. Filter by In range, Negative balance or Reserve minimum unmet.
  4. Select an owner to open their payable page: tiles for Owner balance, In reserve and Ready to disburse; a Properties list (open each row to see Rent collected, Management fees, Owner expenses, Your advances, Settlements received, Paid out to owner); and Disbursements and Settlements tabs for that owner.

Good to know

With Block disbursements below reserve minimum on (Settings → Accounting), the header says "Trust compliance mode is active. Disbursements below the reserve minimum are blocked."

Limits

Organizations only. Landlord accounts have no owners or Distributions tab.
