What's the difference between archiving and deleting a lease?

Steps
- Delete removes a lease that never started: only Draft or Awaiting acceptance leases, with no signing request and no Stripe billing.
- Archive hides a lease that has ended (or never started) from your active lists while keeping its history. It can be restored.
Limits
Kera never deletes an accepted, partially accepted, record-only or ended lease. Archive it once it has ended.
