What's on an inspection's page?

ForLandlordsProperty managers

Who can do this

Landlord; Organization users with View Inspections. Tenants and owners see a read-only version.

Where to find it

Inspections → the inspection

Steps

  1. The header shows "<Type> inspection", a status badge, the date, the entry notice line when there is one, and (for move-in and move-out) the report delivery line.
  2. Tabs: Rooms (default), Property, and Versions once the report has been amended.
  3. Rooms shows "<n> items in <n> rooms" with a count per rating, then Needs attention (flagged, Poor and Damaged items with notes and photos), Wear noted (Fair items) and All rooms (each room collapsed; open one to see every item).
  4. The Actions card holds the actions for the current status (Continue capture, Edit inspection, Send entry notice, Deliver report, View report, Void inspection, Archive or Delete). The Signatures card shows who has signed.

Good to know

On a phone, Actions opens a sheet with a Signatures row.
