What does the signing certificate record?

Landlords and Organization users, and every signer and copy recipient once complete.
Where to find it
Signatures → Download certificate; Signed documents → Download certificate; attached to the guest completion email.
Steps
- Download the certificate after the request is completed.
What happens next
It lists each signer's name and email, how they were identified (Kera account, or email link with a code), the consent they gave, a timestamped log of events with IP addresses, and fingerprints of the document so anyone can check the signed PDF hasn't changed.
Limits
Describe what the certificate records. Don't tell customers it makes a signature legally enforceable or compliant in their province; for legal questions, they should speak to a lawyer, and support should escalate rather than interpret.
