What are signers, copy recipients and signing order?

Who can do this
Landlords and Organization users set them in Prepare → Recipients.
Where to find it
PDF editor → Recipients panel.
Steps
- Every person gets a role: Signs, Copy ("Also gets a copy": receives the finished document but never signs), or None ("Not included").
- Signing order: All at once ("Everyone signs at the same time.") or One after another, where each step is only invited after the previous step finishes. Drag signers to reorder; people in the same step sign together.
- This offer expires in: the number of days before signing closes. It starts at 30 days; you can change it.
What happens next
In order mode, someone whose turn hasn't come sees "It's not your turn to sign yet…" and isn't emailed until it is.
Good to know
A property owner starts with no role on purpose; you must choose one. A tenant with no email address can't be a signer.
