What does the Lease tab on a single-unit property show?

Landlords, and Organization members with View Properties.

Property → Lease tab.

Steps

  1. Lease details shows Lease start, Lease end and Monthly rent, plus a continuation badge when a fixed term has run past its end (in Ontario, the tenancy continues month to month). Go to lease opens the lease.
  2. Tenants lists the people on the lease (see "How do I manage tenants from the property page?").
  3. With no lease, the tab offers Add lease.

Good to know

Pending, accepted and record-only leases all show here. Other provinces' continuation wording follows that province's rules (for example Quebec and Manitoba renew as fixed terms).
