What do the signing statuses mean?

Who can do this

Landlords and Organization users see every signer's status on the Signatures card; tenants and owners see their own requests under Signed documents.

Where to find it

Lease (or inspection, notice) → Signatures; portal → Signed documents.

Steps

  1. Request statuses: Draft, Sent, Partially signed, Completed, Declined, Voided (cancelled), Expired.
  2. Signer rows on the manager's card: "Not sent yet" (waiting their turn), "Sent, not viewed", "Viewed, not signed", Signed, Declined, and Link expired for a guest whose link has lapsed. Each row also says how the person signs ("Kera account" or "Signs by email link") and their role (Tenant, Owner, Landlord, Property manager, Viewer).
  3. The card shows "<n> of <m> signed" while in progress, and "Everyone has signed." when complete.

Limits

Opening a document in the Kera app doesn't mark an account holder as Viewed; that status mostly reflects guest link opens.
