How do I void an inspection and start a new one?

Who can do this

Landlord; Organization users with Edit Inspections (and Create Inspections to start a replacement).

Where to find it

Inspections → the inspection → Actions → Void inspection

Steps

Select Void inspection. The dialog says "Voiding cannot be undone. If something needs to be corrected, void this inspection and start a new one instead of editing it."
Enter a Reason and select Void inspection.
To redo it, select Start a new inspection. The New inspection form opens with the same property, unit and lease.

What happens next

A red Void badge; the Signatures card reads "This signing request was voided." The tenant and owner get "Inspection cancelled" and their signing links stop working. Any notice of entry on it is withdrawn too, and served tenants are told the entry is cancelled. Any report delivery is withdrawn and its tasks completed.

Limits

Completed inspections can't be voided; use Edit inspection to correct them.

"A reason is required." / "Couldn't void the inspection".
