How do I view or regenerate the inspection report?

Who can do this

Landlord; Organization users with View Inspections. Generating needs Edit Inspections.

Where to find it

Inspections → the inspection → Actions → View report

Steps

Select View report. The PDF opens in Kera's viewer, read-only, with rooms, ratings, photos and flags.
If the report isn't ready, select Generate report, then View report.
If the link has expired (after about 7 days), select Refresh link, then View report.

What happens next

"Report generated" toast after generating.

Good to know

A member without edit rights sees "Report is being prepared" instead of Generate report. Alberta and British Columbia reports include the provincial statements, which depend on your answer to Did the tenant take part?. Prince Edward Island reports start with Form 5.

Troubleshooting

"Couldn't generate the report" or "Couldn't open the report": try again; contact Kera support (support@getkera.com) if it keeps failing.
