How do I tag a property?

Who can do this

Landlords, and Organization members with Edit Properties. Creating a new tag also needs Manage Tags.

Where to find it

Property → Tags card (on a phone, Actions → Manage Tags).

Steps

Open the picker in the Tags card and choose an existing tag.
To create one, type its name and choose Create "…".
To remove a tag from this property, select the x on its chip.

What happens next

Changes save straight away. The tag shows on the Properties row and the property matches the Tags filter. Removing a chip doesn't delete the tag itself (tags are managed in Settings → Tags).

Good to know

Without Manage Tags, the picker reads "Search tags" and, when nothing matches, "No tags yet"; ask an admin to add tags in Settings. On an archived property the card shows chips only.
