How do I stop or start Kera product update emails?

Landlord and Organization admins (New Features & Releases); Tenants and Owners (New Features & Releases / New features & releases).
Where to find it
Settings → Notifications → Product updates, or the Unsubscribe link in any product update email.
Steps
- In Settings → Notifications → Product updates, switch the New Features & Releases email switch off or on.
- Or, in a product update email, click Unsubscribe in the footer. The page asks "Unsubscribe from Kera product updates?"; click Unsubscribe to confirm.
What happens next
After unsubscribing by link you see "You're unsubscribed from Kera product updates." with a link to Settings → Notifications. The switch then shows off in every portal your account has. Emails about activity on your account are not affected. Turn the switch back on at any time to resubscribe.
Good to know
For landlords and admins the switch starts on. For tenants and owners it starts off ("Off until you turn it on."). Organization members who aren't admins don't get product update emails and don't see this row. If your account has two roles (for example landlord and tenant), turning it off in one portal turns it off in all of them. Gmail's own Unsubscribe next to the sender works the same way.
Troubleshooting
"This unsubscribe link isn't valid.": the link was altered or cut off. Use the switch in Settings → Notifications instead.
