How do I set lease defaults for one property?

Who can do this
Landlord and Organization users with Edit Leases. Members whose role has View Assigned Properties Only can only use this scope, for their assigned Ontario properties.
Where to find it
Settings → Leases → Set defaults → side panel Defaults for.
Steps
- In the side panel choose For one property.
- Pick the property under Property. Only Ontario properties are listed.
- Change the blanks for that property. Fields you leave as they are follow your account defaults; clear one to leave it blank on this property's leases.
- Click Save defaults.
What happens next
Defaults saved. New leases on that property use its own values on top of your account defaults. Switching between properties or back to For all properties reloads the form ("Switching reloads the form. Save first to keep your changes.").
Good to know
With no Ontario property, the panel reads "Add an Ontario property to give it its own defaults." For a member limited to assigned properties, there is no For all properties choice.
Troubleshooting
No Ontario properties to set defaults for ("You can set lease defaults for the Ontario properties assigned to you."): the member has no assigned Ontario property; an admin can assign one. While a switch loads, the panel reads "Loading the form for this choice." and saving is refused until it finishes.
