How do I set a different management fee for one lease?

Who can do this

Organization admin (and members with Create Leases). Not shown to Landlord (solo) accounts.

Add lease → Change the management fee for this lease?

Use the property's fee ("Uses owner contract defaults") is picked by default.
To override it, pick Set a fee for this lease.
Choose a Fee calculation type: percentage of collected rent, flat monthly fee, or hybrid (flat plus percentage), then fill in the rate and/or amount and an optional Minimum monthly fee.
Click Continue. The summary reads, for example, "8% of collected rent · $50 minimum".

"Enter a rate of 100% or less" or "Enter 0 or more": the rate or amount is out of range.
