How do I send guest signing links for a record-only lease?

Landlords, Organization admins.

Where to find it

Add lease (with Invite tenants to the lease off) → Add the lease document.

Steps

Attach the lease (for example Upload a lease).
Turn on Send guest links to sign this lease. Its info note explains that everyone you pick as a signer is emailed when the lease is saved; people without an account get a secure guest link and account holders sign from their portal.
Select Place signature fields, set signers, place their fields and save.
Select Add lease.

What happens next

Guests get "You have a document to sign" ("…No Kera account needed…") with Review and sign. Their row on the Signatures card reads "Signs by email link" with the link expiry.

Good to know

With the switch off, the card reads "This lease is kept on file. Nobody is asked to sign it." and nobody is contacted.
